The course is geared toward healthcare professionals that have never taken BLS before, as it is the Certification class. If you are unable to register for a course please contact us, we can book you over the phone if needed. The BLS certification course is one of the fastest and stress-free ones around, so add this class or please contact the customer service department. Students must purchase the required 2020 BLS Provider Manual or eBook, this makes passing the exam much easier with open book options. Veteran AHA Instructors are able to knock out the course quickly, as well as knowing that American Heart Association Guidelines permit the use of your textbook. On the day of the course, instructors will contact students not in attendance by phone, email, and text. Attendance and roll call roughly happens 15 to 30 minutes before the start time. When the BLS Certification course begins, Instructors make sure students have access to their own equipment and materials. The entire course is instructor-led and videos are shown via the AHA eBook Library, you may also be able to see, hear and correct your classmates joining via our all online option hosted by zoom. Students that successfully complete the BLS Certification course, receive their BLS Provider eCard within the day via email.

You may have seen a WHA location, advertisement or job indeed. If you have then you know we are expanding at a rapid rate, this is great news because we are able to contribute to bringing down the unemployment rate by offering tons of opportunities. Taking the BLS certification course with WHA is convenient, as well as instructor-led. instructors give students the opportunity to participate in the course without equipment as well, this is what we call a BLS Advisor. The official AHA BLS Advisor eCard, for those not able to meet the hands-on requirement during the COVID19 Emergency, can also be issued in lieu of the BLS Provider eCard. The Instructor can even assist students that have completed the hands-on portion, claiming or printing out their official BLS Provider eCard right at the class. WHA provides each student with a 2 pocket folder containing the required class skills sheets, BLS test answer sheet, and more. Basically, everyone passes our course, we have easy test-taking and plenty of help with remediation.

BLS CERTIFICATION CLASS REQUIREMENTS

Students attending the BLS certification course must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old or be accompanied by an adult.

• Purchase the 2020 BLS Provider Manual or eBook.

• Select an instructor-led classroom location.

• Provide us with your first and last name, email address, and contact number. 

• Complete Course Registration and Payment Via waltonhealthcareassociates.com prior to class

• Refund requests for classroom-based courses must be made 2 Days (48 hours) before
  your original course start time.

• All refunds will be subject to a fee of 4% to cover the cost charged by our credit card
  merchant processing company.

• You are limited to 1 free reschedule request per registration.

• Reschedule requests must be made before your course start time.

• No refunds will be given once a class has been rescheduled.

• All product sales are final and no refunds will be issued upon completion of sale.

• Be on time to attend - Tardiness of 15 minutes or less considered.

• In-Person Students are subject to be observed by other online Students Via Zoom.

• Students will not be photographed or recorded without their expressed consent.

• Instructors will contact students not in attendance or with other issues 30 minutes before the course brgins.
