ACLS CERTIFICATION COURSE INFORMATION

ACLS Certification by the American Heart Association is the initial course and is geared towards beginner healthcare professionals. The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support "ACLS" course has now been developed in such a way that it no longer takes a day or even 2 days. However, WHA gets it done in less than half a day, completely stress-free. This course is intended for new graduates of a healthcare program or those who have let their certification lapse for some time. Students may even be in the process of being promoted to a new department requiring ACLS for the first time. Don't stress we have you covered. The ACLS Renewal course is an expedited version of this course, however, they cover the same information. Students learn early recognition and management of cardiac arrest and complications associated with it, as well as proper use of cardiac drug administration. High-performance teams during MegaCodes and Skills Testing simulate the real thing. Leaving our students more than prepared, there are even practice tests to take prior to entering into this course. We recommend that you take an EKG course, due to the fact that this course requires some rhythm interpretation. It is still good practice to purchase and review the 2020 AHA ACLS Provider Textbook or eBook, prior to the class. The textbook or eBook is an entry requirement, but not required until the day of the class. The American Heart Association only updates its materials and guidelines every 5 years. That means the purchased materials are good for your ACLS Renewal Course in 2 years, as well as being able to brush up on your skills in-between certification times. Testing is open book. On the day of the ACLS course, the instructor will take attendance, roll call, and contact students not in attendance. This roughly happens 15-30 minutes before the class start time, making sure the class is uninterrupted and students get to go home quickly. Upon completion of the full course, students are issued the ACLS Provider Course Completion eCard. No one fails our class, because we do great remediation on the spot. The majority of our instructors have been fully vaccinated, as well as WHA requiring them to continue to mask up. WHA only issues official American Heart Association eCards, as well as applicable certifications for other courses it is offering. Students attending the ACLS certification course must meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age or with an adult

Select an instructor-led ACLS class location
Provide a First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number
Complete Course Registration and Payment Via cprsuppliers.com prior to class
Refund requests for classroom-based courses must be made 2 Days (48 hours) before
your original course start time.
All refunds will be subject to a fee of 4% to cover the cost charged by our credit card
merchant processing company.
You are limited to 1 free reschedule request per registration.
Reschedule requests must be made before your course start time.
No refunds will be given once a class has been rescheduled.
All product sales are final and no refunds will be issued upon completion of sale.
Be on time to attend - Tardiness of 15 minutes or less considered.
In-Person Students are subject to be observed by other online Students Via Zoom.
